MASTER AND PHD COURSES.

Iberoamerican Center of Ministerial Equipment (CEMI) from the Santa Fe Capital City in Argentina has been working since 1993 in the training of leaders, pastors and missionaries who plant churches in the region and in different parts of the country, with the participation of local teachers and foreign ones.

Since November 2007, the institution has had an international turn, wanting to expand the training so it can offer a more integral and superior level of traning.

CEMI knows that the Christian leadership doesn´t have easy access to a superior education because of work or the activities in the churches, so CEMI has made a strategy ally with a ministry called STRATEGIC GLOBAL RESOURCES (REG) in Cordoba, Argentina. It will allow us to function as an Administrative Union in Argentina. REG works As Offering Unity In Hispanic America and the Theological College in South America (FTSA) in Londrina, Brazil, providing the academic support.

POST-GRADUATE COURSES:MASTER AND PHD.
The Master and PHD are courseds destined to the training, perfecting and forming of Christian workers in different areas in their ministerial acting, offrering a deep theological theory, stimulating investigation and bible reflection.

PURPOSE:
To offer an academic superior training to pastors, professors of seminars and biblical studies, missionaries and leaders interested to perfect themselves in this modality.

COURSES:
1. Master in Missions (M))
2. Master in Chistian Pastoral and leadership
3. PHD in Ministry, area Mission (DMin-M)
4. PHD in Ministry, area pastoral and Christian Leadership.

MODALITY:
This is a program oriented to those Christian workers who don’t have the possibility to attend a program of Masters, but still wish to participate in a post-graduate one.

These courses are given in annual intensive modules of 8 hours per day for 4 days (32 hours of attendance) in the city of Santa Fe, Argentina, the same in other parts of Latin America, adding at least 28 hours of personal study, so it would be a total of 60 hours per class.

The classes (6 in total), receive 4 credits each and the thesis, another 12 credits. With the other 2 classes at credit for each one, it will be a total of 38 credits.
Each class has readings of 600 pages and a practical work from 15 to 20 pages. The final thesis has to have approximately 100 pages.

ACCREDITATION:
This post-graduate study is supported by the Theological College of South America (FTSA) which is located in Londrina, Brazil, who gives the accreditation and it is recognised by the government of Brazil. For more information about this College, you can visit its web site: www.ftsa.edu.br

PROFESSORS:
The teachers of each module have their PHD in the area they teach and a Master according to the international requirements.
Each of them has a recognised international and national career and a ministry that serves as a testimony in the theory they teach.
